(Makes 3 cocktails)

Ingredients:

  • 6 ounces Don Julio Reposado Tequila
  • 1 ounce fresh lime juice
  • 1 avocado, skin and pit removed
  • pinch of salt
  • ice
  • cilantro, for garnish
  • chili lime salt, to garnish
  • lime wheel, to garnish

Directions:

  1. Combine tequila, fresh lime juice, avocado, and salt into a blender with 2 1/2 cups of crushed ice; blend until texture is smooth.
  2. Pour contents into a rocks glass rimmed with chili lime salt over fresh ice.
  3. Garnish with cilantro and a lime wheel.
