It鈥檚 no secret that the Kardashians like to stay in shape. Khlo茅 Kardashian has four workout moves you can absolutely steal and Kim Kardashian鈥檚 post-baby workout is totally intense. Now we know a few of Kourtney鈥檚 secrets to keeping in tip-top shape including one thing she does for her bod before every鈥 single鈥 shower.

While chatting with This Morning, the 37-year-old shared a few ways she keeps her form in shape, including enjoying an avocado smoothie in the morning, sticking to a gluten-free and a dairy-free diet and avoiding processed food as much as possible.

And that鈥檚 certainly not it. The mom-of-three likes to work out six days a week, usually with sister, Khlo茅, switching it up often and letting their trainer take the lead when it comes to each workout.

But there鈥檚 also something that Kourtney does to keep toned before she showers.

The reality celeb revealed, 鈥淸N]o matter what I鈥檒l do 100 squats before I get in the shower. That way I won鈥檛 forget.鈥 Good tip! It鈥檚 definitely easier to remember to do those exercises if you make them a routine, and doing them along with another daily task (or nearly daily, depending on your habits) will have you doing them more often than not.
