We can hardly keep up (pun intended) with Kylie Jenner’s ever-changing hairstyles. From short pixie cuts to the bright AF yellow highlighter hair the youngest KarJenner wore to Coachella, girl changes her ‘do faster than even celebs like Emma Stone, who once made three hair transformations in a single month.
While the Life of Kylie star has been open about using wigs to switch things up without completely frying her natural hair, it doesn’t make it any less attention-grabbing when she suddenly goes from her typical raven hue to something like, oh, say, cherry red. Jenner debuted that exact color on Instagram yesterday, letting a caption of a single cherry emoji do all the talking.
Wig or no wig, the style appears to be quickly growing on the 19-year-old, as she’s posted several pics of her new ‘do since.
We got a better glimpse of just how bright (and long!) the assumed hairpiece was from a shot of the makeup mogul in a Snoop Dogg and Dr. Dre tee (an ironic choice, considering the controversy that her band tees with big sister Kendall recently caused, no?), with the flowing hair falling just above her thigh.
It’s not her first foray into the shade — as Bustle reminded us, she also adopted a bright fuschia look back in August of 2016.
Still, it looks like this new, more solid version may be here to stay for awhile — welcome to Kylie’s hair color club, cherry!
