Even though a summer mojito can lift your spirit, there’s nothing like biting into your favorite drool-worthy dessert that will give your taste buds all the feels. And with summer in full force, we figured it might be a good idea to upgrade the one dessert that brings out your inner child by making it even more decadent than you could ever imagine.

Nutella s’more cookie sandwiches are going to be your next go-to summer treat. Sorry, graham crackers, but you’ve been replaced with warm chocolate chip cookies that are just going to hug our insides with deliciousness. No need for an open flame, these beauties can easily be made in the oven in under 15 minutes flat. Top your marshmallow with a drizzle of Nutella, and let your mouth explode with happiness. While this recipe calls for a serving of 12, we’re pretty sure you’re not going to share anytime soon after taking one bite of these campfire-inspired treats. Ingredients:
— precut cookie dough (count 24)

— 1-2 Tablespoons Nutella

— 12 medium-sized marshmallows

Instructions:

1. Separate each cookie block about two inches apart. Follow the directions on the package for how to bake them until golden brown.

2. Take the cookies out of the oven and let them cool for about two minutes.

3. Preheat the broiler.

4. Place 12 cookies upside down on the cookie sheet.

5. Place one marshmallow on top of each cookie.

6. Put the cookie sheet with cookies and marshmallows into the oven. Broil for about 1-2 minutes or until the marshmallows are golden brown.

7. Take the cookies out of the oven and drizzle Nutella over the marshmallows.

8. Top with the other half of the cookies to make a sandwich. Serve warm.
