What is Winter Spring Summer or Fall about?

The upcoming romance film will take a look at the lives of Remi (Ortega) and Barnes (White), who are polar opposites. Yet despite their differences in aspirations, personalities, and interests, the pair can’t help but gravitate towards each other, overcoming all odds.
The movie, titled Winter Spring Summer or Fall, follows the pair as they fall for one another throughout each season. As the leaves change and the flowers bloom, so do their ever-growing feelings for one another. But the question is, can Remi and Barnes make it work when they’re on totally different paths? Remi is a hard-working perfectionist who plans to attend Harvard Law. As for Barnes, his greatest plans for the future are to kick back and relax. Is love enough to save them?

This isn’t Percy Hynes White’s first rodeo in portraying a guy who’s head over heels for Jenna Ortega. Fans of Tim Burton’s Wednesday will remember the actor’s portrayal of Xavier, who has unrequited feelings for Wednesday.
The actor has not returned for season 2 of Burton’s hit show, following accusations of sexual misconduct. He implied on an Instagram story that stepping down from the role was his choice, following a trend on X to cancel him from the program.
As for the upcoming rom-com, director Tiffany Paulsen has spoken out to defend the actor and went along to emphasize the fact that the allegations came out while the movie was in its post-production phase (after filming wrapped). She said in an interview when the subject of misconduct came up, “My focus was on my professional relationship with all of my actors, and what I can say is he was absolutely lovely and beautiful and prepared, and open and trusting of me. I think his performance, honestly, is transcendent. He’s absolutely magical in this movie.”
As for White, he has denied the claims of misconduct against him, saying in a statement, “Somebody I’ve never met started a campaign of misinformation about me online. Because of this, my family has been doxxed, and my friends have received death threats.” He continued, writing, “I can’t accept the portrayal of me as someone bigoted, or criminally negligent of people’s safety. These are the kind of baseless, harmful claims that can create mistrust toward victims. It’s very distressing to know that this misinformation has upset people. I’m really thankful for everyone who’s stood by me and helped share the facts.”
