Ranking my favorite Trader Joe's desserts may be the hardest thing I've ever been tasked with, because they're all so freakin' good. Not to mention, I love sweet treats. I can't resist them. Their gravitational pull makes the cravings irrefutable.
From cookies to chocolate candies, I truly can't go a day without a little nibble of something sweet, and lucky for me, I live a few blocks away from TJ's – so Trader Joe's desserts are never too far out of reach. A definitive, detailed ranking of my top 7 Trader Joe's desserts lies ahead. Get ready for store-bought dessert-y bliss with these picks!
7. Speculoos Cookie Butter
I could really be unhinged and eat this cookie butter out of the jar as dessert – that's how yum it is. Seriously, if you haven't tried this sweet spread, you're missing out! The Speculoos Cookie Butter tastes just like a Biscoff cookie, and one heaping spoonful will do you right for a super easy midnight snack. If you wanna be extra, you can blend some into a homemade milkshake or even drizzle it over a bowl of vanilla ice cream!
6. Gluten-Free Cinnamon Coffee Cake Muffins
I am not gluten-free, but these gluten-free muffins are the very best variety that TJ's offers, in my opinion. When I tried them for the first time, I'd expected them to be dry and crumbly, as most of the GF snacks I'd had experience with were. That wasn't the case at all! These coffee cake muffins are very tender and moist, and the cinnamon-y flavor is impeccable – even better with an actual cup of coffee. They're ridden with little crunchy "cinnamon bits" that keep the snacking experience interesting.
5. Chocolate Vanilla Creme Joe-Joe's
I love Trader Joe's version of Oreos more than I like actual Oreos, I fear! Joe-Joe's are not overwhelmingly sugary like Oreos are, but they're still considerably sweet. You can just tell they're thoughtfully made with more natural ingredients. Chocolate wafers with vanilla filling is an undeniable classic, and you need to dunk these in cold milk to really see what all the fuss is about. Now, I'm just waiting on TJ's to make a double-stuffed version! Gimme all the icing.
4. Super Chocolatey Chocolate Chunk Cookie Dough
When it comes to Trader Joe's desserts, this frozen cookie dough ranks fourth. As much as I enjoy baking my own creations, this pack of a dozen cookies yields the exact chocolate chip cookies I want – packed with tons of chocolate, gooey in the middle, crispy around the edges – the whole thing. And they're perfect. They taste best warm and melty out of the oven, but they also keep well in sealed tupperware!
3. Dark Chocolate Peanut Butter Cups
For me, convenience is key when it comes to sweet treat o'clock, so Trader Joe's desserts that come in finger food form are my most-loved! I swear these stout lil' bites are better than Reese's cups (still love you, Reese's) by a long shot. They're made with dark chocolate instead of milk chocolate, plus the outer coating is so much thicker and satisfyingly crunchy. The PB filling is smooth and addicting. I recommend keeping these cups in the fridge or freezer, but you do you!
2. Chocolatey Coated Chocolate Chip Cookie Dunkers
All of these Trader Joe's desserts are worthy of adding to your cart, but these crispy dunkers take the cake (or rather, the cookie) for second place. I could talk for hours about these thin, chocolate-dipped cookies. They are the perfect match for a tall glass of milk at the end of the day. They soak up the milk in such a magical way without ever falling apart! Think of these dunkers as your traditional CCC (chocolate chip cookie) without the fuss of baking.
1. Brookie
The Trader Joe's Brookie and I are BFFs. I especially enjoy the size of this dessert, since all I need to feel satisfied is one square. Each cookie-brownie hybrid is hearty, thick, and full of chewy, chocolatey goodness (if you can't tell by now, I love chocolate)! The cookie side is flaky at the same time, with tons of yummy texture contrasting with the brownie half. As much as I like snacking on these by themselves, I think they're even better when you microwave a few and serve with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.

Real Americans is a beautiful story about identity, class, and more in America. It begins with Lily Chen falling in love with Matthew despite their different backgrounds. She's dealing with being an unpaid intern who's the child of someone who escaped Mao's Cultural Revolution while Matthew is the heir of a successful pharmaceutical company. Nevertheless, they somehow manage to fit together.
But, something happens in between the time they fall in love and the moment Lily's son Nick realizes his mom seems to be keeping something from him. She's never talked about his father and this has only piqued his curiosity even more.
The more he tries to find answers about his dad, the more Nick realizes there's not always a clear path to the past.

It's about Esperanza Cordero's desire to define who she is outside of what her Spanish culture has chosen for her. There's moments of sheer bliss that make heart-wrenching recollections easier to stomach, but Esperanza always finds a way to embrace how these things make her who she is.

Ever since oat milk arrived on the scene, beverage brands have hurriedly released their own takes on the sweet, mellow, and nut-less plant-based alternative. Choices are nice, but they also make picking the right one a difficult decision. We sampled a variety of the best oat milks on the market and reviewed them based on taste, texture, and froth-ability. That way, you know which ones to buy for your best DIY latte yet.
Is Oat Milk Good For You?
We also considered each brand's ingredients and nutrition facts. Most oat milk recipes start with oats, water, some type of oil for a milk-like mouthfeel, and added vitamins + minerals (an FDA requirement for non-dairy milks).
Some brands stop there, but most add certain gums and stabilizers for a silky texture and longer shelf life. Founder and CEO of Califia Farms, Greg Steltenpohl, tells us there's no evidence that gums and stabilizers have negative effects on the body, but if you're wary, pick an oat milk without them. You'll also notice that even “no-sugar-added" oat milk brands vary in sugar content; that's because different processes of turning oats into liquid yield different amounts of sugar and carbs.

10. Planet Oat Extra Creamy Oat Milk
First up is our Planet Oat milk review! Though we are all for the Original Planet Oat flavor, the brand's Extra Creamy version is best in small doses. It gets beautifully voluminous when frothed into hot drinks, but the thick, syrupy coating it leaves on your tongue isn't quite worth drinking solo or in cereal.

9. Coffee Mate Natural Bliss Vanilla Oat Milk Creamer
If you enjoy the sweet taste of Coffee Mate's French Vanilla creamer but are cutting back on dairy, the brand's Natural Bliss Vanilla Oat Milk Creamer is just the splash you need in your morning coffee. With 8 grams of added cane sugar per tablespoon, it's a bit too sweet for our everyday oat milk needs, but it works wonderfully when we're in the mood for something dessert-like.
Ingredients: Oat milk (water, oat flour), cane sugar, coconut oil, pea protein, baking soda, natural flavor, gellan gum

8. Elmhurst Unsweetened Milked Oats
Elmhurst Unsweetened Milked Oats is a more natural choice for when you're concerned about oils, gums, and stabilizers being added to your oat milk. It's our fave oat milk without oil. It contains only water, oats, and salt, which makes for a watery, slightly gritty texture, and a flavor similar to almond milk. It's not quite right for coffee, but we would happily use it in smoothies.

7. Mooala Organic Coconut Oatmilk
This sugar-free Mooala Oatmilk gets its creaminess not from oil, but from organic coconut cream! For an oat milk without oil, it's impressively sweet. The coconut flavor is natural and subtle, and it gives the beverage a more exciting taste than your typical oat milk. Since it has such a clean, non-oily mouthfeel, we prefer to drink it by itself and eat it with cinnamon-y cereals rather than use it as a coffee creamer.
Ingredients: Organic gluten-free oat milk (filtered water, organic gluten-free oat flour), organic coconut cream, less than 2 percent of calcium fortification (calcium carbonate), sea salt, organic cinnamon, gellan gum

6. Elmhurst Milked Oats Barista Edition
Let's hear it for the best oat milk for forthing! You can bet Elmhurst's shelf-stable Milked Oats Barista Edition is ideal for frothing into espresso drinks. It sadly does curdle and separate a bit when poured directly into coffee, so we use it strictly for foaming purposes. Just like Elmhurst's Original oat milk, it has no oils or gums.

Happy Planet's versatile Original Oatmilk has a mildly oat-y taste and a creamy, dairy-free mouthfeel, so it lingers a bit on your tongue without feeling sticky. It also makes coffee drinks impressively silky, non-bitter, and a true treat, so definitely foam it up for a cappuccino or two!
Ingredients: Oat base (filtered water, gluten free oats), tricalcium phosphate, gellan gum, sea salt, natural flavor, vitamin A palmitate, vitamin D2, riboflavin, vitamin B12, zinc gluconate

4. Planet Oat Original Oatmilk
Is Planet Oat milk good? We certainly think so. Despite the fact that Planet Oat's Original Oatmilk contains no oil (which is why it's so low in fat), it's the smoothest oat milk we've tried. It also tastes the sweetest even though it has no added sugar, which makes it excellent with cereal. One warning: its yellow-ish hue is a little off-putting, but it gets much whiter when frothed up for coffee drinks.

3. Califia Farms Oat Barista Blend
We're pleased to find that Califia's Oat Barista Blend is smooth and sweet (despite its relatively low sugar content), and it really puts the spotlight on the oat flavor. Many of us at Brit + Co think it tastes like actual milk after eating a bowl of Cheerios.
The milk also froths and bubbles exceptionally well — so well, even the ex-baristas in our office say it's the most similar to whole milk they've tried. As we mention up top, gums and stabilizers haven't been proven to harm the body. Nevertheless, we like that Califia keeps its ingredients list simple and gum-free.

2. Oatly Barista Edition Oatmilk
Oatly Barista Edition is by far our favorite oat milk to mix into coffee. It might just be the best oat milk for frothing – it foams just like whole milk, which we suspect is due to its unique use of rapeseed oil, an oil similar to canola that does well in high heat.
The product also tastes remarkably similar to whole milk too, down to its subtle sweetness and hint of sourness. You can't always buy this Barista Blend in grocery stores or online since it's often reserved for foodservice accounts, but you can find a list of cafes that carry Oatly online, some of which will sell you it individually or by the case.

1. Oatly Oat Milk
Though we'd rather have a latte with Oatly Barista Edition, the brand's original oat milk gets our number-one spot for its drinkability and likeness to 2% milk. Unlike other brands, this one has a milky white hue and neutral, not-too-sweet flavor. You can use it like you'd use dairy milk: by itself in a glass, in coffee, and in baked goods, and hot dishes!
When it comes to Planet Oat vs. Oatly (some of the most popular oat milk brands out there), Oatly comes out on top for us.

Growing up on the Outer Banks means I've gone through my fair share of swimsuits. All it takes is one summer of surfing wipeouts, sun bathing, swimming, and hitting up the shops (because you really do everything in a bathing suit on the OBX) to know exactly which bathing suit brands are worth buying — and which are cheap enough to avoid forever. I know y'all love Target just as much as I do — and along with their home decor, cute shoes, and comfy clothes, their bathing suit options are some of my friends' favorites. Target's got a ton of diverse and affordable swimwear options that is full of different styles, sizes, and prices. That means there's something for everyone! Aerie is perfect for Outer Banks fans because it's one of the most-used bathing suit brands on the show! Another one of my favorite coffee chains’ summer menus just dropped, and I am ready to sip away! Rumors about the Dunkin’ summer menu were introduced by foodie inside source, @markie_devo last month, and it appears they were right.
The Dunkin’ summer menu got released on May 1 (just six days prior to the rumored Starbucks summer menu drop), and it looks way too yummy. I’ll have a hard time not ordering these tasty drinks and food items! Based on the success of the Dunkin’ spring menu, the new summer menu doesn't miss.
So, as things begin to heat up, let’s take a look at the *official* Dunkin’ summer menu. Here's what to order today!

NEW! Kiwi Watermelon Refresher
You'd think that this green drink would be matcha – but nope, it's the all-new Kiwi Watermelon Refresher! Based on the name, this drink mixes kiwi and watermelon for a super fruity and fresh sip. Dunkin' Refreshers are caffeinated with green tea, too, so some of the tea brew could shine through in the flavor. This sounds too good to not order on a sunny summer's day.
NEW! Vanilla Frosted Donut Signature Latte
Available to order hot or iced, this next drink is totally new to the Dunkin' summer menu. Their 'signature' lattes are often super sweet and topped with whipped cream and drizzle. This one will take on the flavors of a classic frosted donut, with rainbow sprinkles to boot. I simply need it now!
NEW! Blueberry Donut Coffee
Also available hot or iced, I expect the rumored Blueberry Donut Coffee to taste like a blueberry donut. Blueberry cake donuts are my absolute favorite kind, so it'll be interesting to see (and taste) how this sip lives up to the OG.
Lemonade
I find it a little odd that Dunkin' doesn't already serve lemonade, but summer seems like the perfect time to start doing so! Dunkin' will be making lemonade a permanent part of their menu on May 1. The last time they had lemonade was when they began serving the Dunkin’ Lemonade Refreshers in 2021, so it appears they're bringing it back for good.
You'll be able to order it on its own or inside their regular lineup of Refreshers (pictured above) – including the new Kiwi Watermelon one!
NEW! Green Goddess Dunkin’ Wrap
Now onto the food! The Dunkin' summer menu has three new snacks slated, and the first one is this wrap. The Green Goddess Dunkin' Wrap is made from scrambled egg whites, farro, sun-dried tomatoes, spinach, crumbled feta cheese, green goddess sauce, and wrapped in a green lavash. It looks highly similar to the Spinach Feta wrap on the Starbucks breakfast menu! 👀
NEW! Watermelon Burst Classic Donut
I'm not so sure about this one. Watermelon and donuts don't ever cross paths in my mind, but you never know, it could be delish! This donut is filled with a watermelon-flavored cream filling. I need it now!
Chocolate Chunk Cookie
Chocolate Chunk Cookie – looks like a classic! Like the Chocolate Chip Banana Bread on the Dunkin' spring menu, this rumored item looks like a conveniently pre-packaged easy snack to enjoy on the road or during your lunch break!

Dunkin' fans sounded off in the comments of the summer menu rumors, sharing their thoughts about the new seasonal roster when it was leaked in April 2024.
Some Dunkin' diners aren't super thrilled with the snack selection on the leaked menu.
"Watermelon donut is wild," one person wrote. "They really need to do better with their food & snacks 😒," another said.
One user is disappointed that Dunkin' isn't doing anything overly innovative with their upcoming rumored summer menu.
"So basically blueberry and vanilla flavored coffees like they’ve had all along," they wrote. "Man they are really slacking on new flavors lately. So disappointing."
On the other hand, some Dunkin' sippers are interested in the more out-there flavors.
"Kiwi Watermelon refresher and Watermelon Burst donut both sound intriguing! Not going to lie!" one user said. "This menu isn’t bad at all I am glad they are bringing Lemonade back I love it," another echoed.
