But what no one likes is feeling like they have to burn off all those calories the next day. And now, according聽to a study聽conducted by聽the University of Alberta, it turns out you might not have to.

The study has found that the health benefits in resveratrol, the compound found in red wine聽already said to have heart and health boosts, are equivalent to those we get from an hour of exercise.

Lead researcher聽Jason Dyck told My Daily that these findings could help those who want to exercise, but can鈥檛 because of existing medical or health conditions. The resveratrol could even potentially mimic exercise for these individuals, improving the effects of the minimal amounts of exercise they can accomplish.
