We Caught Kylie Jenner Copying Her Mom’s Style Again
Being as pop culturally pervasive and as stylish as they are means that America’s most famous family, the Kardashian-Jenners, often borrow pages from one another’s style books. There’s been a lot of comparisons between Kylie Jenner and her famous big sis Kim KW in terms of their sartorial and beauty choices lately. Just last week Kendall Jenner followed in the footsteps of her sisters and went blonde. Kylie recently got called out by her mom on Instagram (all in good fun, of course) for stealing Kris Jenner’s ’80s Body Glove one piece and rocking it in Acapulco. Yup, when you have that many trendy people in the family, it seems like you just share one giant closet.
Recently, the family has been on one epic vacation in St. Barth’s and they have taken their enviable wardrobes with them. Kylie posted this pic of her mom along with the caption: “Why is she so cute.” Kris is looking awesome in some seriously incredible shades.
Just like we’ve said before, moms are the ultimate source of inspiration for style and beauty and it looks like Kylie would agree. Just three days later, she uploaded this photo of her own pair of Diors with the caption: “Today’s catch.” She tagged herself as the bottom pair.
Kris’ sunnies are Dior’s So Real Mirrored Clubmaster Glasses ($545) and are a fave of celebs like Rihanna and Olivia Palermo to name a couple. Along with her lacy white dress, nude pink nails and all-white Hermès Birkin, those shades are the perfect accessory to complete Mama Jenner’s look.
Kylie’s new shadess are the white and gold Dior Reflected Aviators ($435) that are from the same collection as her mother’s. Heck, maybe they actually ARE her mom’s sunglasses. After all, Kylie has raided Kris’ closet before and she’ll probably do it again. Smartly so.
Itching for a more affordable option? Cop the mirrored look that is SHRN with Zerouv Aviator Mirror Lens Sunglasses in Red Mirror ($10).
