So the geniuses behind Oreos recently came out with a limited edition Oreo: the marshmallow crispy Oreo.

Mind blown.

Of course, with a delicious flavor like that, we had to hack it. Thus, the marshmallow crispy Oreo pancake with marshmallow syrup– i.e. 3 scrumptious desserts in 1!


– 10 oreos

– 1 cup pancake mix

– 1 1/4 cup milk

– 1/2 jug marshmallow creme

– syrup for drizzling

In a food processor, pulse the Oreos until they become crumbs. Add the pancake mix until blended. Add the milk and pulse again until it’s completely blended. Heat a nonstick pan to medium heat, spray with cooking oil, and then pour pancake batter. Make sure not to pour more than 1/4 a cup of batter at once. When the edges start to brown and pores form, flip the pancake. Each side should take about two minutes.

When all the pancakes are done, spread a thin layer of marshmallow creme between each pancakes to form a stack. NOM! To create the marshmallow syrup, heat about an 1/8 cup marshmallow creme in the microwave for about twenty seconds until it’s no longer solid. Add in the syrup and mix with a whisk to blend. Drizzle over the pancakes!
