Take a Bite Out of Halloween With This Easy Shark Week Group Costume
Shark Week is so much more than just a major televised event featuring *all* of our favorite shark shows. It also makes the ideal Halloween costume for procrastinators and pun-lovers alike — especially if there are seven of you! Grab six of your fave people and have a craft day making these simple shark fin headbands and graphic tees for a winning group ensemble. Whoever is the least excited about the idea can have Monday, and the most fun-loving and enthusiastic gets to claim Friday or Saturday. Read on to learn how to DIY this simple group costume that’s guaranteed to create plenty of Halloween fun.
You’ll need:
- 7 white t-shirts
- felt letters
- felt glue
- cardboard
- X-Acto knife
- cutting board
- hot glue
- scissors
- gray felt
- headbands
Instructions:
- Attach letters to each T-shirt using felt glue.
- Cut shark fin shapes out of cardboard.
- Cover each fin in gray felt.
- Glue the fins to the headbands.
