Nothing goes better with a聽hot聽latte than a fresh-out-of-the-oven pastry, and probably no one understands that more than Starbucks. It聽looks like the coffee powerhouse聽is cookin鈥 up some change: Soon, you鈥檒l be greeted by the aroma of baking bread聽when you enter Starbucks Reserve Roastery locations.

Starbucks鈥檚 CEO announced that the brand will collaborate with boutique Italian bakery, Princi, an artisan bread maker with a penchant for baking聽slowly, freshly, and聽authentically. Eventually, all Starbucks Reserve Roastery locations will house mini Princi bakeries.聽

Currently, the bakery has seven locations in London and Milan, but this partnership with Starbucks will bring their delicious goods across the pond.聽

Menu items will include聽鈥渇laky cornetti鈥ocaccia sandwiches filled with salame Milano and mozzarella di bufala [and] crostata fragola,鈥 along with a bevy of other authentic Italian pastries baked fresh daily in whopping in-store聽ovens.

So far, the Starbucks x Princi collab is only available in Seattle鈥檚 Starbucks Reserve Roastery. For those of us who don鈥檛聽live in the birthplace of the green mermaid, we鈥檒l have to wait a wee bit longer before we can pick up a side of sourdough with our coffee.聽Shanghai is next on the list, followed by Milan, NYC, Chicago, and Tokyo Reserve locations.
