Stop Everything: You Can Now DIY Girl Scout Cookie Creations
We are FREAKING. OUT. And you will be too in a second, when you discover that the Girl Scouts (did you know they were founded after a breakup?) have just signed a deal with Pillsbury to release a delicious new line of Girl Scouts Baking Mixes. While the organization brought you some of their more popular flavors in DIY cookie form with the Girl Scout Cookie Oven ($44 at Walmart), Pillsbury is not only making the process easier (no special ovens required here!), it’s expanding your baking options.
Included in the range are two of our personal favorite flavors — Thin Mints and Caramel & Coconut (yum!) — in three baking options: cupcakes, brownies and blondies. (Sorry Tagalong fans: maybe next year!)
The news means that, rather than going into full-out Thin Mints hoarder mode, or even stocking up online, we’ll now be able to enjoy the Girl Scouts’ delicious treats 365 days per year. Bonus? The launch comes right in time to satisfy our 4th of July dessert needs!
At just $3.29 a box, we’ll just take a whole case and be on our way.
