With summer temperatures getting increasingly higher, I鈥檝e been on a mission to concoct frozen treats to help beat the heat. This recipe really knocks it out of the park, combining wine and sorbet to create the perfect summer snack. With no added sugar, they鈥檙e light, fruity, and super refreshing, and will leave you feeling guilt-free from your indulging.

Sauvignon blanc sorbet


  • 1 cup Sauvignon Blanc
  • 1 cup frozen pineapple
  • 1 can coconut milk
  • 1 Tablespoon xanthan gum
  • 1 Tablespoon聽lemon juice
  • 陆 Tablespoon聽agave


Put all the ingredients into the blender and blend!

Place blended mixture into freezer for at least four hours. When you take it out, give it a little bit of time to soften up.

Top with lemon zest and enjoy!

rose sorbet


  • 1 cup ros茅
  • 1 cup strawberries
  • 1 陆 frozen bananas
  • 1 Tablespoon xanthan gum


Throw all your ingredients into the blender and mix it up!

Place this froz茅 into the freezer for at least four hours.

Top with some sliced strawberries and enjoy the frozen ros茅 magic.

Cabernet Sauvignon sorbet


  • 鈪 cup Cabernet Sauvignon
  • 1 陆 frozen bananas
  • 陆 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup blackberries
  • 1 Tablespoon xanthan gum
  • dark chocolate bar


You guessed it鈥 ingredients in the blender and blend! Place in the freezer for four hours.

Serve with fresh blackberries and shaved chocolate on top.
