For the dip:

- 1 small clove garlic, peeled and minced
- 1 Tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 Tablespoon chopped fresh chives
Directions

Brit + Co
1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit and line a baking tray with parchment or a silicone mat. Chop the ends off both of the zucchinis, then chop in half width-ways. Slice each piece length-ways into quarters so you get long, fat fries.
2. Break the egg into a shallow bowl and whisk. Place the parmesan into a shallow bowl.
3.. Dip the zucchini wedges first into the egg, then roll in the parmesan. Place on the baking tray and repeat until all of the zucchini wedges are on the tray. Sprinkle on the salt and pepper.
4. Place in the oven to cook for 18 to 22 minutes until golden brown, then remove from the oven.
5. Mix together the dip ingredients in a small bowl (save a few chives to sprinkle on top of the dip).
6. Place the fries on a plate and sprinkle with the chopped parsley. Serve straight away with the garlic lemon mayo dip.
