Friday Night Dinner, Seasons 3-6 — Stream on BritBox Premier November 2, 2026
Every Friday night, brothers Adam and Jonny head home to their parents’ house for dinner, and every Friday night it all goes wrong. Mum Jackie is desperate for one normal family meal. Dad Martin wanders around half-dressed, eats food that expired long ago and yells his signature catchphrase, “s**t on it!” The moment Adam and Jonny walk through the door, they turn back into kids and spend the evening pranking and tormenting each other. Then there’s Jim, the lonely, painfully awkward neighbor. He’s always popping by uninvited, he’s terrified of his own dog and he’s hopelessly smitten with Jackie. With four more seasons landing at once, you’ll want to clear your Friday nights. And your Saturdays. And maybe your Sundays.
Blue Lights, Season 4 — Stream on BritBox Premier November 12, 2026

Peter Marley, BritBox
Dubbed “one of the best cop shows on TV” by NPR and “Belfast’s answer to The Wire” by the Los Angeles Times, the BAFTA-winning Blue Lights is back for a fourth season. The stakes have never been higher. Three years into the job, response officers Grace Ellis (Siân Brooke), Tommy Foster (Nathan Braniff) and Annie Conlon (Katherine Devlin) are running on empty, and a new threat on the streets has the police barely holding on. Meanwhile, the murder trial of Gerry Cliff exposes a dangerous secret that has been buried for years, and it throws both the force and Belfast’s criminal underworld into chaos. Richard Dormer returns as Gerry. Hannah McClean is back as solicitor Jen Robinson, and Jonathan Harden returns as disgraced former Inspector Jonty in an episode that finally confronts the past. Co-creators Declan Lawn and Adam Patterson promise a season that “reveals a lot of dark secrets” and “ties together the past, present, and futures of Grace, Annie and Tommy in an action-packed story.”
Death Valley, Season 2 — Stream on BritBox November 17, 2026

BritBox
Cozy crime fans, rejoice. The record-breaking Death Valley is back, and so is TV’s most unlikely crime-solving duo: retired actor John Chapel and disarming Welsh detective sergeant Janie Mallowan. When the show premiered in the UK, it pulled in the biggest overnight audience for a new scripted series in five years, thanks to its mix of charm, comedy and properly twisty mysteries. Season 2 brings back the whole gang, including Alexandria Riley as Helen Baxter, Steffan Rhodri as DCI Barry Clarke, Melanie Walters as Yvonne Mallowan and Rithvik Andugula as DC Evan Chaudhry. Expect more murders in the Welsh valleys, more comic sparring and a lot of tea.
Pointless Celebrities UK, Season 8 — Stream Now on BritBox November 23

BritBox
It’s the quiz show that flips the rules: the aim is to find the answers nobody else thought of. In Pointless Celebrities, famous faces from across British TV, music, sport and comedy pair up to hunt for the most obscure correct answers to questions the public has already been surveyed on. Expect bold guesses, total blanks and lots of laughs as the stars compete for charity. It’s ideal for playing along from the couch, and it’s surprisingly addictive.
