Or a dessert inspired breakfast, whichever makes it sound more delicious. Introducing, the Blueberry Parfait Breakfast Milkshake.
Ingredients (makes 1 shake):
– 1/4 lb fresh blueberries
– 1/4 cup milk
– 1/2 pint greek frozen yogurt
– 1 tbsp sugar
– 1 tsp vanilla extract
While you make the milkshake, put the milkshake cup in the freezer.
In a small bowl, drizzle the vanilla extract and sugar over the blueberries and freeze for 30 minutes to an hour. Then, throw it into the blender with the milk, making sure to get all the blueberry juice. Blend until the blueberries are no longer chunky. Add the frozen yogurt and blend thoroughly. Line the bottom of your serving cup with granola, add the milkshake, then top with granola and fresh blueberries.
Easy as 1, 2, 3. You can also add 1 tsp of malt powder to make it a breakfast malt ;).
