It's no secret that each season of Bridgerton focuses on a new couple within the titular Bridgerton family — and season 3 (which drops its first four episodes on May 16) is all about Colin Bridgerton and Penelope Featherington. Not only did series lead Nicola Coughlan tell us that she loves how Penelope is "becoming a woman and finding her self-worth — that side of her I really loved getting to play. It was great," but Nicola and Luke Newton also received some awesome advice from their onscreen siblings Simone Ashley and Jonathan Bailey that's actually super relatable.

At the New York premiere during the Bridgerton World Tour, Simone Ashley (who plays season 2 lead Kate Sharma) revealed her advice was to find a friend. "Me and Nicola would check in on each other," she tells People. "She is such an inspiration to me and I learned so much from her and there were times she was giving me advice. So, it was just what an amazing thing to have in your work environment."
Luke Newton had a similar approach to the new season after watching his onscreen brother Jonathan Bailey, who plays Kate's husband Anthony Bridgerton, handle his turn in the spotlight. “We talk all the time, and it was really nice in season 2 seeing how he conducted himself on set, knowing that I’d be next,” Luke says in an interview with InStyle. "[He's] been there kind of the whole way for me.
I love seeing the relationships between all the Bridgerton cast members unfold as time moves on. Whether it's Florence Hunt (Hyacinth Bridgerton) reuniting with Jonathan Bailey at a red carpet, or it's Hannah Dodd (Francesca Bridgerton) screaming about how she loves Claudia Jessie (Eloise Bridgerton) in our interview for the series, it's clear this cast LOVES each other. And I wouldn't have it any other way!
