Amanda Seyfried Just Got a Super Cute New Haircut
Well folks, it’s official: long hair in Hollywood is disappearing faster than a box tissues during a Nicholas Sparks movie. It seems like we can’t seem to go more than a few days without a formerly long-haired celeb chopping their lengthy locks off in favor of a medium cut. Lily James recently ditched her Cinderella inspired tresses and J Lo has been all about flaunting her new, short style. The newest celeb to join the shoulder-length haircut club is Amanda Seyfried.
The 29-year-old actress (who recently shared some pretty important news about the gender wage gap) debuted the new look yesterday on Instagram by posting a snap of her and a buddy. She captioned the photo, “New haircut/old friend.” It’s hard to tell from this photo whether the cut is more of a blunt Olivia Palermo style or more of a layery, Selena Gomez-like medium cut, but we’re definitely into what we can see so far.
The shorter cut looks super fresh, but it’s her pup, Finn’s new ‘do that really has us swooning. Before donating her long hair to charity, Seyfried decided to have some fun with it by giving her dog a bit of a makeover. She captioned the silly pic, “Finn is wearing my #locksforlove.” Now for the most important question you’ll be asked today: who wore it best?
