Emma Watson is apparently a huge fan of The Handmaid鈥檚 Tale 鈥 so much so that she hid copies of the shockingly relevant story around Paris for enthusiastic readers to find. It鈥檚 not the first time the actress has led peeps on a book-focused treasure hunt, but this time around, she has folks flocking to the Place de l鈥橦么tel de Ville, the Place de la Concorde, and even the Louvre to nab a novelty copy of the novel.

Emma Watson _ Handmaid's Tale Paris

鈥淚鈥檓 hiding copies of The Handmaid鈥檚 Tale in Paris!鈥 Watson tweeted on Wednesday, adding the message in French (with the books emoji, natch). 鈥淛e cache des copies de La Servante Ecarlate dans tout Paris! #OSSParis @the_bookfairies 馃摎鈥

In partnership with the charity Book Fairies, the Beauty and the Beast actress walked around Paris with 100 copies of the Margaret Atwood tale, which was turned into a hit series for Hulu and green-lit for a second season. Just another reason why fans should read the original text before this dystopian tale continues.

If you鈥檙e lucky enough to be in Paris, you鈥檒l definitely want to keep your eyes open for red-covered copies of the book tied up with green ribbons. Some eagle-eyed readers have already found a few of the precious prizes鈥
