It’s almost Thanksgiving, which means it’s almost Friendsgiving, the feast you have with your friends. We must give thanks for our amazing friends, after all. While Thanksgiving hosts an abundance of gourmet dishes, we like to keep Friendsgiving on the lighter side, serving loads of apps and simple recipes. To get the wheels turning, we’ve teamed up with Triscuit to bring you four scrumptious appetizers your buds will eat right up. These crackers are the perfect vehicle for other tasty ingredients. Triscuit + Turkey + Brussels Sprouts + Cranberry Sauce

This is your classic Thanksgiving meal in one delicious bite.

Let’s build these guys!


Chop and cook your Brussels sprouts in a pan over medium heat until they start to brown.


Tear your turkey into pieces that will fit onto your Triscuit. Then transfer cooked Brussels sprouts on top of your turkey. Add a small dollop of cranberry sauce to finish this delicious app.

Triscuit + Shredded Chicken + Avocado + Sriracha

Eat this app to start a fiesta in your mouth.

You ready for these spicy little bites?


To make shredded chicken, either poach, slow cook or roast your chicken. Then shred the chicken using a fork. Add a pinch to your Triscuit, then top with a slice of avocado and a tiny drop of sriracha. You could even add a slice of tomato or a leaf of cilantro to these. The possibilities are endless!

Cucumber + Cream Cheese + Smoked Salmon + Dill

For those of you who like Philly sushi rolls, this one’s got your name on it.

So here’s the dill for this recipe.


Puns aside, slice your cucumber, then spread some cream cheese on top. Tear a small piece of smoked salmon and stack it on the cream cheese. For the grand finale, add a small sprig of dill.



Puff Pastry + Prosciutto + Parmesan + Mustard

This is arguably an item on the dessert menu — it’s that good!

Time for mouth-watering goodness.


Start by prepping your puff pastry. Take it out of the freezer 40 minutes before you cut it. When ready, cut it into bite-size squares.


Place squares on a greased baking sheet, then spread mustard on top. Add a bit of prosciutto and a pinch of Parmesan cheese. Place a second square of puff pastry on top to make a little sandwich and then top with more cheese. Bake in the oven at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 10 minutes or until the cheese on top starts to brown and the puff pastry has expanded.
