Which 'Bachelor in Paradise' Couples Are Still Together?
Contestants who don't find love on The Bachelor or The Bachelorette are often given another chance to find that special someone on Bachelor in Paradise. Most of the romances that start on the beach turn out to be just summer flings, but a handful of couples have made it out of Paradise and into the real world. Of those, only a few have managed to keep the spark alive. Click through to see which pairs that lasted past the finale are still together — and which have gone their separate ways. Jade Roper and Tanner Tolbert: Married. After meeting on the second season of Bachelor in Paradise, Roper and Tolbert got engaged on the finale, married in early 2016, and welcomed a daughter, Emerson Avery, in August 2017. (Photo via ABC/Paul Hebert)
Evan Bass and Carly Waddell: Married. After getting off to a bumpy start, Bass managed to win over Waddell on season 3 of Bachelor in Paradise. They married in a televised ceremony during BiP’s fourth season and are now the proud parents of a baby girl named Bella. (Photo via ABC/Paul Hebert)
Ashley Iaconetti and Jared Haibon: Engaged. Although Iaconetti and Haibon first tried dating on season 2 of BiP, they didn't actually become a real couple until three years later. While Iaconetti fell for Haibon pretty much as soon as they met, it took him a while to realize his feelings, and in May 2018, they finally, finally revealed they were dating — which was followed by an engagement announcement in June. Raven Gates and Adam Gottschalk: Still together. Their appearances on The Bachelor and The Bachelorette may not have led to love, but Gates and Gottschalk were a perfect match when they met on the fourth season of Bachelor in Paradise. They're not engaged — yet — but they are still dating and seem to be very much in love. (Photo via ABC/Paul Hebert)
Derek Peth and Taylor Nolan: Split. Nolan and Peth hit it off immediately after meeting on season 4 of Bachelor in Paradise, and Peth ended up proposing during the taping of BiP's after-show. In June 2018, however, the couple announced that they had broken up. "It is with much sadness that we have decided to end our engagement," they said in a joint statement to E! News. "We put everything we could into our relationship and are heartbroken to go forward separately, but we know this is the best decision for the both of us. We will still be present in each other's lives with support, admiration, and respect for each other." (Photo via ABC/Paul Hebert)
Amanda Stanton and Josh Murray: Split. After his relationship with former Bachelorette Andi Dorfman ended, Murray took a trip to Mexico for BiP’s third season, where he found love with Stanton. The two left the show engaged and Murray moved in with Stanton and her two young daughters, but a few months later, the two split under less-than-friendly circumstances. Michelle Money and Cody Sattler: Split. Season 1 stars Money and Sattler may have found love on the beach, but things took a turn for the worse when they returned home. Although they tried to work on their issues on Marriage Boot Camp: Reality Stars, their escalating fights proved that they just weren’t meant to be, and six months after BiP aired, they broke things off for good. Lace Morris and Grant Kemp: Split. It looked like Bachelor in Paradise would lead to happily-ever-after for Morris and Kemp when he proposed at the end of season 3. But a few months later, in November 2016, the pair revealed that they had gone their separate ways. "It really was mutual," Morris told Entertainment Tonight. "We both have our issues we need to work on, and we can't really give each other what we need at this time. It’s just not the right timing."
Marcus Grodd and Lacy Faddoul: Split. Grodd and Faddoul fell hard and fast for each other on season 1 of Bachelor in Paradise and even went on to tie the knot in the season 2 premiere. The wedding wasn't legally binding, though, and they separated after less than a year. (Photo via Frederick M. Brown/Getty Images)
Samantha Steffen and Nick Peterson: Split. Although Steffen and Peterson ended season 2 as a couple, they announced a few months after the finale that they had broken up due to the pressures of a long-distance relationship. (Photos via Alberto E. Rodriguez/Getty Images + Neilson Barnard/WireImage)
