Everlane Is Opening a Brick-And-Mortar Store in San Francisco in 2017
Over the years, Everlane has become a major online destination for wardrobe staples by being a direct-to-consumer clothing company. And now they’re pleasing their cult of fans with a real, bona fide brick-and-mortar store. So pack your things; it’s time for a road trip.
The brand, which has pretty much cornered the market on versatile outfit basics, has experimented with physical locations in the past in the form of pop-up shops, but this will be its first permanent store since its launch in 2010.
While there isn’t an official opening date yet, if you amble on by 461 Valencia Street in San Francisco’s Mission district, you’ll be greeted by a bright rainbow flag with their slogan, “100% Human.” Now, if you’re lucky enough to live near San Francisco, you won’t have to wait for your quality tees, dresses, and pants (not to mention shoes) to show up at your doorstep. You can try on, buy, and support great causes in one fell swoop.
So if you’re thinking about Marie Kondo-ing your closet, you might want to hold off until the grand opening. It’s worth the wait for the perfect T-shirt, we promise.
