We are READY.
Elle Fanning, Ryan Gosling, & The Other Celebrities You'll See At San Diego Comic-Con This Weekend

Prep your pocket protectors and make sure your snacks are on standby: San Diego Comic-Con 2025 is almost here! The convention is running July 24 to July 27, and while some less passionate folks might be whispering about a "quieter" year after Marvel Studios backed out, that's just a cover-up for the sheer, unadulterated awesomeness heading our way. Forget major studio panels for a second, because this year is all about the delightful, the unexpected, and the downright giddiness-inducing.
Here are some of the most exciting panels (and people!) you can see at San Diego Comic Con in 2025 — and some FAQ's.
Is SDCC 2025 sold out?
Yes all the San Diego Comic Con badges are sold out, but don't worry — social media users at the convention will give you all the best updates!

1. George Lucas Graces Hall H with His Presence (and a Museum!)
Hold on to your lightsabers, folks! For the first time EVER, the Jedi Master himself, George Lucas, will be at Comic-Con. He's giving us a first look at the Lucas Museum of Narrative Art. Prepare for the mind-blowing visionary behind a galaxy far, far away, and maybe shed a tear. I’m not crying, you’re crying!

3. 'Coyote vs. Acme' Lives!
In a turn of events more dramatic than Wile E. Coyote's inability to understand how umbrellas work, Coyote vs. Acme has been rescued from the Warner Bros. Discovery abyss! Ketchup Entertainment is bringing this Looney Tunes film to the big screen. Get your anvils ready.
4. 'Alien: Earth' Invades FX
What is 'Alien: Earth' about?Vanity Fair/FXJust when you thought space was done being absolutely terrifying, FX is bringing us Alien: Earth. Can't wait for some serious chest-bursting, face-hugging, nightmare-inducing horror. Mmm, sweet dreams, guys!
5. 'Five Nights at Freddy's 2'
Blumhouse is back to haunt our dreams with Five Nights at Freddy's 2. The first one was the highest-grossing horror film of 2023, and served as Josh Hutcherson's return to the big screen, so you know this sequel is going to dial up the terror. You’ll never look at Chuck E. Cheese the same way again.
6. 'King of the Hill'
That's right, I tell ya-hwat! The adored animated series King of the Hill is getting an updated animated series preview. Get ready to return to Arlen, Texas, and once again enjoy the simple pleasures of propane and propane accessories. Bobby Hill is probably taking more self-defense classes in preparation.
7. 'Twisted Metal' Season 2
Personal favorite alert, here. Twisted Metal season 2, with star Anthony Mackie, is bringing a high-octane preview of season 2! If you thought season 1 was wild, just wait. Bring on the vehicular mayhem, man.
8. Elle Fanning teases 'Predator: Badlands'
We'll also get to see our girl Elle Fanning onstage to promote her brand new movie Predator: Badlands, which hits theaters November 7, 2025.
