Bored with the mundane activities of retirement, Elizabeth, Joyce, Ibrahim, and Ron decide to get together to start solving cold cases. Together, the 80-somethings engage in hilarious hijinks as they try to avoid danger and get to the bottom of things without landing themselves in trouble. The original author, Richard Osman, told BBC Bookclub he had no part in scriptwriting. So, he's just as excited as audiences to see the adaptation come to life.
