With summer still chuggin鈥 along and wedding season here for, like, EVER, there鈥檚 no better time to look and feel our best. And to achieve this, we all know the drill:聽eat healthy, drink lots of聽water聽and聽exercise. But even if you can鈥檛 make it to the gym or find time to cook the most nutritious meal in the world Monday through Friday (come on, Saturday and Sunday are brunch days, duh), there are still plenty of ways you can work towards getting healthy(er) stat.
