During the summer period, I try to incorporate as much seafood as I can in my cooking routine as it's light and and full of refreshing flavors. For some reason, Greece has become a synonym of summer for me, but that's not the only reason why I recommend trying out the Greek Pasta Salad. This salad is a burst of freshness with the combination of al dente pasta, vibrant vegetables, feta cheese, and a zesty Greek dressing. I can already imagine the sunny shores of Greece.

Italian Pasta Salad

The robust Italian dressing, with its blend of herbs, vinegar, and olive oil, adds a tangy and aromatic touch that perfectly complements the combination of pasta and Italian ingredients.

Spinach Pasta Salad

Spinach Pasta Salad is one of my favorite summer pasta salads because it incorporates fresh baby spinach, sun-dried tomatoes, artichokes, and feta cheese. Keep in mind that freshly made pasta doesn't fare as well when mixed with dressings, so it's best to opt for dried pasta instead

Tuna Pasta Salad

This recipe brings together tender pasta, protein-rich tuna, and a medley of fresh vegetables, creating a flavorful and nutritious dish that is perfect for a light lunch or a picnic in the park during summer.

Artichoke Pasta Salad

Coleslaw Pasta Salad

As the summer heat rises, it's time to turn down the heat in the kitchen and opt for refreshing dishes such as this Coleslaw Pasta Salad. I tend to get antsy if I stay in the kitchen too long during summer, which is why I love this recipe which is served cold to chase away the heat.

Summer Sesame Noodles

How chill a recipe is should be inversely proportional to the summer heat, as far as I'm concerned. So if a recipe states, "add whatever veggies feel right", I am instantly bought, and you should be too.

Smoky Mayo Pasta Salad with Crisp Vegetables (Vegan)

Jazz up your pasta salad game with this Smoky Mayo Pasta Salad recipe. As a lover of bold and unique flavors, I couldn't resist sharing this recipe that combines the smoky allure of red bell peppers and the creamy indulgence of mayo.

Vegan Macaroni Salad for BBQs

This timeless summer salad is a perfect addition to any barbecue gathering, and the best part is that you can prepare it in advance, allowing its flavors to meld together overnight in the refrigerator for an even more delectable taste.

Strawberry Avocado Pesto Pasta Salad

Combining the vibrant sweetness of strawberries, the creamy richness of avocado, and the boldness of pesto, this recipe is a delightful twist on a classic dish.

Chicken Caesar Pasta Salad

I don't think you can go wrong with Chicken Caesar Salad. It's almost as much of a classic as the little black dress is. If you ask me, this salad has stood the test of time and continues to be a beloved favorite and a crowd-pleaser.

We're inching closer and closer to the release of Barbie, and we can hardly wait! But in the meantime, we're loving all the cute and cheeky BTS moments the cast keeps sharing. If there's one thing we can all agree on, it's the fact that Margot Robbie is literally the perfect Barbie, looking totally darling in every single scene in her dreamhouse and beyond.

But, inquiring minds have been wondering...how did the film managed to capture Barbie's iconic arched feet?! Is it CGI or simply a trick of the cameras? Lucky for us, Margot decided to dish on the viral foot scene once and for all.

How Margot Robbie's 'Barbie' Feet Came To Be

Margot spoke with Fandango, sharing that it really is her own feet in the trailer. She explained that she just walked up, saying, "We had little sticky bits on the floor — double-sided tape for the shoes, so they wouldn't come off — so I could get my feet out of them."

But that's not all! In order to create the appearance of those perfectly arched, iconic Barbie feet, she said there was one secret weapon: a bar! She elaborated, "I was holding onto a bar, but that's it. I wasn't in a harness or anything like that. I just walked up, kind of held onto the bar above [the] camera."

Margot wanted to make sure she performed her own stunts instead of relying on a double. We love an actress who's committed to the bit!

Color us impressed! We can't wait to see what other stunts Margot pulls out of her bag of tricks once the movie finally hits theaters next month.

As Vanderpump Rules’s Scandoval drama draws to a close, we’re left with a gaping, reality TV-sized hole in our hearts. Fortunately, you have stumbled into an article written by a self-proclaimed reality TV buff who’s way too tuned in for her own good, so you know you’re in great hands.

While VPR is a fantastic show (and if you haven't watched the earlier seasons you absolutely should), there are so many other truly jaw-dropping shows to fill that gap in your TV programming schedule – at least until VPR returns in 2024.

Here are my favorite, must-watch, totally bingeable reality TV shows to fill your summer schedule with.

Love Island

www.youtube.com

First Look: A day of kissing takes a dramatic turn! | Love Island Series 10

I am not lying when I say that Love Island may be the greatest work of reality TV of all time. This show is absolute gold for anyone looking for some good ol’ drama mixed with sometimes inaudible accents (especially on the UK version) and best of all, L-O-V-E.

With over 15 seasons across the world, you’re bound to get sucked into the painful narration and questionable actions by the Islanders. If you’re not sure where to start, I highly recommend entering the Love Island UK villa first, before heading east to Australia and finally swinging back to the US.

Below Deck Sailing Yacht

www.youtube.com

Daisy Kelliher Chooses Between Gary King and Colin MacRae | WWHL

Ay ay, Captain! Bravo’s Below Deck Sailing Yacht is back for its fourth season in the Mediterranean – and it’s the best one yet. With five current franchises of Below Deck, you’re probably wondering why this one is good enough to outrank the others. Let me lay it all out for you.

First off, this crew is probably the most attractive group of (nearly) all single people in Below Deck history – which inevitably leads to drama in itself. Additionally, season 4 welcomed back three series regulars (Chief Steward Daisy, First Officer Gary and Chief Engineer Colin), all of whom have been on the show for at least three years. Through the years, Gary and Colin developed a lifelong friendship, and strong friendships with Daisy, all of which have been turned around in a sort-of love triangle this year.

I won't reveal any more details – but it’s certainly a must-watch.

Real Housewives of Beverly Hills

www.youtube.com

Most Explosive Moments On The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills | Bravo

IMO, the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills made the Housewives franchise into what it is today. The show’s success gave way to even more Real Housewives series and Vanderpump Rules, so you already know it must be good.

The women of Beverly Hills are an interesting bunch, flexing their wealth and flair for the dramatic to create next-level TV. At the center of the 13 year franchise lies Kyle Richards, who, along with her sisters Kim Richards and Kathy Hilton, have created and destroyed friendships and familial relationships with other now-Bravolebrities like Lisa Vanderpump, Lisa Rinna, Denise Richards, and Dorit Kemsley, to name a few.

Start watching from the beginning and you’ll understand the nuances that make this series a success in no time – just in time for season 13’s premiere this fall.

Married At First Sight Australia

www.youtube.com

Married at First Sight Australia Series 10 Episode 1

MAFS is drama, and drama isMAFS. In this series you’ll head down under to watch 8-12 couples who are – you guessed it – married at first sight. On a quest to find the love of their lives, the individuals are paired up by relationship experts and a clinical sexologist. We follow the pairs through their marriage, honeymoon and life post-wedding until they decide if they’ll live happily ever after.

Honestly, I’m not sure why I prefer MAFS Australia over its US counterpart, but it’s the perfect mindless show to relax to.

Bachelor in Paradise

www.youtube.com

Bachelor in Paradise Season 9 | Who is going to the beach?

.TBH I’m not a Bachelor or Bachelorette girly, but I AM a BIP one. I would consider it a mix between Love Island and the Bachelor/Bachelorette, since contestants from the Bachelor franchise are given the opportunity to date whomever they want.

If you’re looking for a similar show to TheBachelor/Bachelorette with a bit more action, this is the one for you.

Bondi Rescue

www.youtube.com

Lifeguard Surfs Into A Swarm Of Jellyfish THAT STING

Clearly I like Australian shows, because I couldn't help but include Bondi Rescue on this list. Dubbed “Australia’s real-life Baywatch,” the show (Which originally premiered in 2006, BTW!) follows the work of the elite professional Lifeguards who patrol Australia's busiest beach – Bondi Beach.

You may not think watching lifeguards run around on TV could be interesting – but oh boy it is. From IRL medical emergencies to saving struggling swimmers and (best of all) the relationships that form – this show’s got a bit of everything.

Real Housewives of Miami

www.youtube.com

The Real Housewives of Miami | New Season | Official Trailer | Peacock Original

Miami is – without a doubt – my FAVORITE Bravo franchise. Real friends, luxury living, plenty of Spanglish and drama, drama, DRAMA dominates this show. The women are strong and don't back down, which makes for incredible TV and hardcore fanbases.

Now that your schedule is all filled up – be sure to stay updated on the latest reality TV bombshells withBrit + Co.

Travis Barker recently found out he’s becoming a father to Kourtney Kardashian’s baby, on Father’s Day weekend nonetheless. Kourtney announced the joyous news in a most playful way – during the Blink-182 concert (of which Travis is the drummer) in Los Angeles. The new-coming baby will be the couples’ first one together, but will join the mix of Kourtney’s current kids, Mason, Penelope, and Reign. Travis’ son Landon and daughter Alabama will also greet another sibling. Here are all the sweet details about this surprise announcement, and deets on whether it's a boy or a girl! 👀

Kourtney announced her pregnancy with the drummer by holding up a handmade sign that read "Travis I'm pregnant" during the Blink-182's performance in LA. The sign-wielding is a direct tribute to the storyline that's a part of the “All The Small Things” music video, making the news all the more thrilling for KUWTK and Blink-182 fans.

In the music video accompanying the Blink-182 classic “All The Small Things,” you can see Travis’ brief (but oh-so steamy) beachside escapades with a woman in a cheetah print bikini. Towards the end of the video’s storyline, the woman is pictured among a crowd of fans carrying signs, with hers revealing the same message Kourtney delivered: “Travis I’m pregnant.”

Image via @kourtneykardash / Instagram

The couple later hinted on social media that the reference to the video was in fact, intentional.

“Overwhelmed with gratitude and joy for God’s blessing and plan,” Kourtney wrote on Instagram, following a sweet series of photos picturing her well-along baby bump next to Travis, who kissed it in one pic, and pretend-drummed it with his drumsticks in another.

Kourtney Kardashian & Travis Barker's Baby – Boy or Girl?

Kourtney and Travis’ – otherwise known by their funky ship name, Kravis – over-the-top energy didn’t stop at the mid-concert pregnancy reveal. The couple revealed the gender of their little newcomer over the weekend in a flashy, yet totally adorable way.

Their big moment began with a suspenseful drumroll and a wide-smiling Kourtney sitting on Travis’ lap behind a drum kit. As the drum sequence ended, a slew of blue streamers burst into the sky, announcing the coming arrival of a boy! Now all that's left to wonder is the baby name they land on... 💙

The pregnancy news is very welcome after the couple had been trying to conceive via in vitro fertilization (IVF), a personal journey documented on the Kardashian’s reality TV show. In May, Kourtney revealed they were “officially done with IVF,” and had their focus set on “what God has in store for us. If that's a baby, I believe it will happen."
