It’s been a big week in celebrity hair inspiration. Christina Hendricks and Hailee Steinfeld made us want bangs. Blake Lively — yes, Blake Lively, your ultimate gorgeous hair muse — made us want to head to the salon for a lob. And now, in celebration of a new season, Ashley Tisdale has dyed her hair a bold new color we’ve never seen on the star.
The star dyed her hair a deep, bright red — and like her blonde and brunette shades over the years, she totally pulls this off. “We went deep, real deep,” she said via Instagram of her new hair. “Ready for fall thanks to @kristin_ess.” (Ess styles Lauren Conrad’s hair too. How can we forget that perfectly textured bob in 2014?) Ashley paired the vibrant new ’do with an equally bright red lip and stylish shades.
This isn’t the first time Ashley has dabbled in a red hue, but this one is much bolder than the strawberry shade she debuted over the summer, which she dubbed “strawberry bronde.”
