Brie Bella and Baby Are Recovering from a Major Hospital Scare
Several weeks after Nikki Bella celebrated her recent engagement to WWE star John Cena, her twin sister Brie Bella and WWE champ husband Bryan had an announcement of another kind to make, and it wasn’t nearly as uplifting, as the couple had to make a scary trip to the hospital over complications in Bella’s pregnancy.
The mommy-to-be, who we’re happy to report is safely back at home, explained the sitch to fans in a video posted to YouTube, saying that the couple’s unborn little girl Birdie was having trouble breathing. “They had to track [her breathing] all through the night, so we spent the night here,” she says.
Luckily, everything seemed to check out okay — though it seems as if Birdie is taking her sweet time to arrive.
“I definitely have a little girl who has a mind of her own, she’s strong, which isn’t a bad thing,” she revealed, also writing in an earlier Instagram post this week, “Our sweet little Birdie is testing our patience.”
Now a week past due, she’s turning to other natural alternatives as she sits on a medicine ball, joking, “Oh, the things we’ll do to naturally induce ourselves!”
All jokes aside, we’re so glad to hear the family is okay, and can’t wait to meet your little one, Brie.
