Fans of Nashville鈥檚 Scarlett O鈥機onnor had reason to rejoice this weekend 鈥 the actress behind the character, Clare Bowen, is a single lady no more!

The Aussie star took to Instagram yesterday to share the happy news that she was moments away from walking down the aisle with her longtime love, Brandon Robert Young.

鈥淲atching the sunrise,鈥 she wrote. 鈥淲earing the blanket I was born in wrapped when I was born around my shoulders. Gonna go marry my soulmate now.鈥

While we鈥檝e yet to get a peek at the actual nuptials, the country crooner DID offer up several glimpses at the events leading up to her big day, including her bachelorette party the night before.

After 鈥being kidnapped鈥 and boarding a waiting boat, the bride-to-be set sail with her gal pals for a sunset cruise, which included plenty of Champagne and (unicorn-shaped!) cake.

She got a little emotional. 馃尭鉁 #foreverbowenyoung #bridesmaidrampage

She also gave us some insight as to just HOW significant the big day would be for her, revealing that this was a day she never thought would come.

鈥淢y parents waltzing their way through @sydneyairport to come help me do all the things I never thought I鈥檇 do, because I never thought I鈥檇 get married, because that was something that happened to other people,鈥 Bowen, 33, shared. 鈥淚 really had no interest in it at all鈥 then @brandonrobertyoung turned up and turned everything upside down and this photo is emotional napalm and I get to see them tomorrow and I鈥檓 not crying, you鈥檙e crying.鈥

Also on hand was the CMT star鈥檚 younger brother, Timothy James Bowen, who was diagnosed with stage 4 lymphoma and given two weeks to live right after the couple got engaged onstage at the Grand Ole Opry in 2015. 鈥淚t was four days after we got engaged that we found out that Tim was so sick, so we put everything on hold because we couldn鈥檛 imagine having a wedding without him being able to be there,鈥 she previously told the Daily Telegraph.

Two years later, Timothy is in remission and able to celebrate with his big sis, who herself was diagnosed with cancer of the kidneys and given two weeks to live at age four. Talk about a happy ending!

Congratulations to the happy family!
