Dyson’s Latest Vacuum Proves Cords Are So 2017
Real talk: The only thing that’s less fun than vacuuming is vacuuming and getting tangled up in the cord, or vacuuming and pulling a muscle trying to lug the thing around. Luckily, Dyson feels our pain. The tech brand has been churning out a myriad of next-level clean machines over the years, and they blew our minds with their latest creation.
The just-released Dyson Cyclone V10 is the brand’s most powerful model to date with a brand spankin’ new high-powered motor (read: no more vacuuming over the same spot a million times). Founder James Dyson said in a press release, “Dyson’s most advanced,” adding that it “enabled us to entirely change the format of a vacuum cleaner, and to achieve Dyson’s best ever cord-free machine performance.” It’s meant for serious work: The battery lasts for a full hour, so you can do a major clean before recharging. Not to mention, this baby comes in the prettiest copper and blue shades!
Rest assured, the heavy duty motor is the only thing that’s “heavy” about this guy. The vacuum itself is unfathomably light, so you can whisk it around every nook and cranny of your abode.
This sweeper is *so* good, it inspired the brand to literally cut the cord with cords: From here on out, Dyson will only make cordless vacuums. Technology this good will cost you a pretty penny ($700 for the Cyclone V10; $600 for the Cyclone V10 Animal version made for homes with pets) but if you want to get your hands on the latest and greatest in cleaning, break out your piggy bank and head on over to Dyson’s website.
