If you’ve ever hesitated to pick up an item at Forever 21 because you weren’t too sure you’d still love it in the morning (it happens to all of us, TBH) and HATE their unfriendly return policy, fret no more! Feel free to indulge in those eyebrow-raising impulse buys, because one of your fave stores has just made a BIG decision that may totally change the way you shop.

That’s right — Forever 21 has just announced that they’re updating their return policy, making a few tweaks that customers will surely love. If you change your mind about that velvety crop top or find the skinny jeans you purchased end up being a smidge too skinny, then you’ll be happy to hear that you can now get a full refund in the form you paid in within 30 days of the purchase. If you’re an online shopper, you can also now make similar returns, though if you take your online goods into the store, you’ll merely receive store credit.

“One of the key successes we’ve had as a company is adapting to change and listening to our customers’ needs and wants,” VP of merchandizing Linda Chang told Refinery29. “Updating our return policy is something we are pleased to give our customers in order for them to have the best shopping experience possible.”
