That’s why today we’re sharing some of our favorite Lean, Clean, N’ Green meals and desserts that we love to enjoy with our husbands. The recipes are super simple so you can spend more time with your loved ones, which is what the holiday is all about. And of course, they include lots of chocolate! So make it a date with your love, and enjoy a stress-free romantic night in!

Chocolate Fruit Skewers

Serves 4


  • 2 cups of your favorite fruit
  • 1/4 cup melted dark chocolate
  • 2 Tablespoons melted white chocolate
  • 4 wooden or bamboo skewers


1. Add fruit to each skewer. Place filled skewers on a plate.

2. Dip a fork into the dark chocolate and drizzle the chocolate over the skewers. Rinse the fork then repeat with the white chocolate.

3. Put in the fridge for at least 10 minutes before serving.

Simple Salmon Bake

This meal is so easy to put together and doesn’t include much cleanup, which is always a bonus. The fresh lemons and rosemary make it so delicious and flavorful.
