In addition to (slightly) warmer weather and flowers blooming, March hosts one of our favorite holidays: St. Patrick鈥檚 Day. On March 17th, it鈥檚 totally acceptable to get your drink on, wear an annoying amount of green and sing so many Irish songs that you might actually turn into a leprechaun. But if bar-hopping isn鈥檛 your thing, and you鈥檇 rather celebrate in the comfort of your home with a few good friends, then why not create a drink that鈥檚 not only boozy but magically delicious? A Baileys mint chocolate chip milkshake is the grown-up version of one of your favorite desserts. With a hint (okay, a lot) of Baileys and a few scoops of your favorite ice cream, you can easily blend a concoction that may help you finally find that pot of gold you鈥檝e been looking for. So this year, skip the Guinness recipes, and go straight to dessert with this little green number.

Ingredients:
鈥 2-3 scoops mint chocolate chip ice cream

鈥 1/4 cup Baileys Irish Cream Liqueur

鈥 1/2 cup milk

鈥 4 ice cubes

To Serve:
鈥 whipped cream

鈥 rainbow sprinkles

Instructions:

1. Place ice cream, milk, Baileys and ice cubes into a blender. Blend everything together until completely smooth.

2. Pour mixture into a container, top it off with whipped cream and sprinkles and serve immediately.

Put two to three scoops of mint chocolate chip ice cream in the blender.

Pour in 1/2 cup of milk.

Pour 1/4 cup of Baileys.

Add a handful of ice. Add more if you want the shake to be thicker. Then blend all together until it鈥檚 completely combined.

Pour mixture into a glass. Add sprinkles, whipped cream and a fun straw.
