Most of us mere mortals don’t have access to the personal chefs and trainers that our fave celebs do. Add to that that we also have jobs that likely don’t rely on our looking like perfect specimens of humanity and, suffice it to say, our diet and exercise routines are probably a littttle different from your typical actor, model and the like. But it turns out that celeb routines aren’t always as cray cray as you might think. Take Adriana Lima’s geniously simple breakfast smoothie, or the four easy workout moves that Jennifer Lawrence’s trainer assures us that anyone can do at home. Well, one half of one of our fave celeb power couples — Ms. Jenna Dewan Tatum herself — has just come forth with a list of what she eats in a day. And its simplicity might surprise you!

In an interview with Glamour, Jenna reveals that her breakfasts typically consist of a green smoothie made of spinach, kale, lemon, apple, banana, pear, and — here’s the interesting kicker — a dash of cod liver oil and black sesame seeds. Cod liver oil is rich in Omega 3 fatty acids as well as vitamins A and D and we’ve been taking it for ages during the cold and S.A.D.-prone winter months. Our girl Jenna? She doses with that ish year-round for a boost of natural energy (not to mention the added benefits of glow-y skin and shiny AF hair).

Jenna then typically eats tabouli salad for lunch (a nod to her part Lebanese heritage) and a brown rice bowl for dinner. So simple! So healthy! So delish!
