Post-It Sent Lisa Kudrow the *Most Amazing* Romy and Michelle Throwback Gift
We absolutely love the 1997 classic, Romy and Michelle’s High School Reunion, and for good reason: It’s the perfect blend of ‘90s style and hilarious comedy. In the movie, which sees the film’s dim-witted but pure-hearted namesakes concocting story after story about their lives to impress their former classmates, Lisa Kudrow’s Michelle says she invented Post-Its to try and one up all their successes. The speech is is beyond funny, and probably one of the most epic scenes in ’90s comedy.
Well, 19 years later, and with Post-it Brand celebrating 35 years, the company is celebrating not only their milestone but also Kudrow’s memorable speech. Taking to her Instagram yesterday, the actress shared a little gift she received from the makers of Post-It.
“Look what I got from Post-It! So thrilling to me!” she captioned the nostalgia-happy gift, adding a little yellow heart emoji in honor of the iconic sticky note’s trademark color.
The company even made flowers for her out of different sized Post-It Notes and individually wrapped them! That’s some Pinterest-worthy DIY right there.
Someone over at Post-It Brand is after our own hearts… and, by the looks of it, Lisa Kudrow’s too.
