The Oscars + Mad Libs = This Awesome Speech Generator

It’s almost time for the award show of all awards shows. Watching the Oscars this Sunday, we’ll be crossing our fingers for our favorite flicks while keeping track of all the best and worst evening wear on the red carpet. But there’s another part of awards shows that will make the headlines on Monday — the speeches. Usually, the most viral Oscar speeches are incredibly funny or moving (we give them bonus points if they cry). But you have to admit that sometimes, they can be so long or awkward that you, the viewer, actually want to cry. Well, now you can make your very own Oscar speech to put all of those Hollywood big wigs to shame.

Vulture has created a Mad Libs-esque, fill-in-the-blank-style speech generator just for Oscars. Just click what award you want to win (we picked Leading Actress (watch out, Felicity Jones)), fill in the blanks and blammo, here’s an Oscar speech. When you’re reading it, pretend like Michael Fassbender and George Clooney gave you a gracious hug and a gentlemanly kiss on your cheek on your way up to the stage. It’ll make it feel more real.
