It’s almost always a good idea to travel someplace new, and it’s almost never a bad idea to document it. Getting outside of our comfort zones can expand our minds, teach us things about the world and build our confidence as global citizens. But if you’re even the slightest bit antsy to get on a plane and go somewhere amazing right now, you might want to refrain from watching this video, in which a New Zealand-based plumber named Logan Dodds takes the art of GoPro vacation videos to a whole new level.
With a simple high-five of the lens to transition between takes, Dodds captures his three-month long backpacking trip through Europe, and let’s just say his adventures are pretty intense. In three minutes, we watch Dodds parasail, surf, cliff dive, climb mountains, frolic in waterfalls, dive underwater and visit too many beaches, pools and boat parties to count. Oh yeah, there’s also a music festival and an Oktoberfest celebration in there too.
We’re exhausted, sunburned and a wee bit hungover just from watching it.
Seriously, that might be the most FOMO-inducing thing we’ve ever seen. Don’t say we didn’t warn you.
Okay, tell us: Where are your travels taking you next? Spill in the comments below!
