Faith Hill and Tim McGraw Fight and Make Up in Their New Joint Music Video
After 21 years of marriage (and a few super memorable duets here and there) country legends Faith Hill and Tim McGraw have a lot to celebrate. As it turns out, their fans do too. As we reported back in March, the spouses have been working on their first collaborative album together, which is set for release next month. We don’t have to wait that long for our first sneak peek at their work on the LP, The Rest Of Our Life, however, as they just released a new single — with an accompanying music video to boot!
Teasing the new tune on Instagram, Hill said, “It’s hard to believe our first album together is going to be here Nov. 17th! Our new single, ‘The Rest Of Our Life,’ is out today, as well as the video. We can’t wait to share this record with you!”
They also released a swoon-worthy video for “The Rest of Our Life” — co-written by Ed Sheeran — in which the couple (presumably on their way to an awards show, from the look of Hill’s glorious purple dress and McGraw’s tux) are seen arguing in the back of their limo. The “Speak to a Girl” singer exits the car and walks into the rain (because, of course), to a little country bar, where her husband follows to sing her praises. Needless to say, the longtime couple reconcile before walking hand and hand together out of frame.
You’ll have to act fast to catch it, though: It’s only available on Amazon Music Unlimited for 48 hours.
