Kim and Kanye Are Reportedly Courting a Taylor Swift Lawsuit… on Purpose
When it comes to the drama between Taylor Swift and the Kardashian-Wests, things may have gotten legal (and gone WAY too far), but Kim and Kanye certainly aren’t worried. In fact, taking this sitch to the courts is something they’ve been expecting and may even welcome. Why would that possibly be?! They want to expose Tay’s “manipulations.” Ouch!
Though Kim and Kanye could be in a bit of hot water over secretly taping the “Famous” conversation with Taylor — it is a felony in California, after all — Team K&K aren’t worried at all.
According to an “insider” via Perez Hilton, “Kim and Kanye consulted with their lawyers and still went ahead with releasing it… They are not worried. They are sick of Taylor’s manipulations and her good girl act. They just wanted to expose her as a fake and will let the lawyers deal with legal stuff.” If the gloves weren’t off before, they definitely are now.
And if you were wondering why Kim made the big video leak via Snapchat and not on Keeping Up With the Kardashians (which could’ve racked them up some serious ratings), well, that would be because the family certainly knows how to handle themselves legally. “They didn’t air it on the show because it would have required Taylor to sign a release for the usage and they didn’t want it to affect the entire network… Taylor will sue Kanye personally.”
The only question now is: Will Taylor go ahead and sue? We’ll have to wait and see.
