The Top 10 Refreshing Cocktails to Mix Up This Weekend
This coming weekend is one of my favorite of the year. It marks the beginning of summer adventures, pool parties and refreshing drinks served in pitchers by the piping hot barbecue.
I live in Copenhagen now, but I spent many past Memorial Day weekends in America, staying at cheap motels by the beach and sucking in the American culture and all that comes with it. Plastic cups, sand between your toes, cocktails in pitchers and corn on the cob are everything you need for a long summer weekend. Being way over winter and stormy spring weather, I am more than ready to get this year’s first sunburn on my nose and shoulders.
This year, I am in Europe, but I will for sure fire up my grill and make juicy burgers in spirit. And while I do it, I’ll have one of the following drinks in hand.
Do I need to say more? This recipe from Leah Bergman at Freutcake is everything. (via Freutcake)
