This New Subscription Service Is like Birchbox for Your Teeth
If an apple a day keeps the doc away, then replacing your toothbrush every three months might just keep the dentist away. Yet many of us still wait until the bristles on the head start looking like Medusa before we swap it out. Even if we set reminders on our phones, we end up hitting the “Remind me later” button and using them way over the three-month mark. All that is about to change with Quip, a new subscription toothbrush service. We might never see our toothbrushes with flattened bristles again.
Quip’s toothbrush subscription service not only replaces both electric and manual toothbrushes, but also provides a new tube of toothpaste and floss every three months. If you need to replace your electric toothbrush head, the costs end up boiling down to $5 each. But price and delivery aren’t the only conveniences that you’ll be getting with Quip.
Quip gets rid of all the bulky chargers that often come along with electrical toothbrushes and gives you a thin, minimalist one instead. The charger also doubles as a cap for when you’re traveling. If electric toothbrushes aren’t your thing, Quip has a variety of packages to suit all your dental needs. Their standard plan costs $40 for your first month, but then it bumps down to $10 every three months. Now that’s something to smile about.
