Sarah Hyland and Wells Adams’ Identical Christmas Tees and Matching Gifts Are #RelationshipGoals
Holidays are a time for family, good food, good music, gift-giving — and matching outfits. Celebrities aren’t exempt from this, either; Sarah Hyland and her beau Wells Adams sported matching tees (and gifts!) this Christmas.
The Modern Family actress took to her Instagram stories to share the couple’s shirts and presents to each other. Their tops each featured the famous words from Home Alone 2, “Merry Christmas ya filthy animal!” along with photos of their respective dogs.
The gifts were surprisingly coordinated as well. Hyland’s gift to Adams was an illustration of his dog, Carl. Adams’ offering followed the same theme, albeit with a bit more detail and humor.
Carl stars as The Princess Bride‘s Westley and Hyland’s dog Boo plays Princess Buttercup in this fantastic masterpiece. Hyland posted the works of art with the caption, “As you wishhhhhh.” Hyland said of the whole situation, “We’re the same person.” D’awww.
This isn’t the first time she has used her style to show her affection for her bae. They’ve paired up in plaid in the past, and she wore a “W” necklace to give him a shoutout on social media last month. Wonder what the next sartorial statement will be!
