This Woman’s High-Waisted Pants Go Up to Her NECK
It’s always a risk when you shop online. Something can come too large, too small, damaged — or worse, nothing like it’s pictured. One teen learned that lesson the hard way when she received her order that was so wrong, it’s pretty hilarious.

Bethany McNamara, a hairstylist from Manchester, England, ordered the Red Zebra Slinky Flared Trousers ($35), a pair of high-waisted flare pants from Pretty Little Thing. However, it was not to be, as the bottoms she got ended up being more like high-necked pants!
McNamara, who is 5’2″, found that the waistband of the garment stretched all the way up to her face. According to The Sun, she said, “When I put them against my body I couldn’t believe that they actually reached my chin. They looked like something Simon Cowell would wear. They must think I have legs like Kendall Jenner or a supermodel.” After she tried them on with heels to see whether that would help (hint: It didn’t), she sent them back.
A spokesperson from Pretty Little Thing said, “We take anything like this seriously and will investigate into this specific case, as well as investigating with any suppliers involved in this style along with our quality control department.”
