Jessica Biel Reveals Her Adorable New Restaurant Isn’t Making Money
When Jessica Biel opened an LA eatery back in the spring, we were so into the idea (for real, she knows how to have fun with food). Au Fudge in West Hollywood seems to offer everything a family could want — kid-friendly meals, a fully stocked bar, a creative space, a designated dining area for the littles and even babysitters to watch over them while you enjoy your meal. Frankly, a healthy food-filled heaven!
Celebs like Jimmy Kimmel were totally into it, saying, “You walk in the restaurant, and they check your kid like a coat.” Ha! Nice!
But now Jessica has revealed that her restaurant isn’t exactly feeling the financial success. Sitting down to talk with Ellen, Jessica didn’t hold back, admitting that Au Fudge is “definitely not making money… at least not yet.” That’s right; her venture might not be bringing in the big bucks at the moment, but she’s still hopeful.
Frankly, the restaurant biz is a risky one that plenty of celebs jump into, but with such an adorably fab idea behind the concept, we’re sure the family-friendly eatery will be a grand success in no time.
