OREO’s Spooky New Mystery Flavor Is Now Available
Earlier this summer, OREO teased their new Mystery Flavor, giving fans an opportunity to test their tastebuds on the sandwich cookie’s newest creation for a grand prize of $50,000. And now the Mystery OREO is officially available in stores, so cookie monsters everywhere can try their hand at cracking the cookie mystery.
In a statement, the iconic cookie company said, “Starting today, fans can try their hand at solving the OREO mystery and submit their flavor guesses for a chance to win $50,000. Fans who submit the correct flavor between October 9 and November 30 will be entered for a chance to win.”
But they’re not giving everything away, because the filling is still the classic white, and the black sandwich cookies are also the same… but supposedly the mysterious release has a “fruity” taste and smell (we’re not revealing anything!). And that’s not the only stuff coming out of the OREO Wonder Vault. The Junk Food Aisle is reporting that there will be two more new OREO flavors, and choco-hazelnut fans are going to love one of them.
It seems OREO will be releasing a Chocolate Hazelnut flavor, which will be a golden cookie with a creamy chocolate-y filling, and OMG.
And that’s not all — the brand is also rumored to be releasing a Hot & Spicy Cinnamon OREO flavor soon too, with the classic black cookie stuffed with a Red Hot-inspired crimson creme filling.
The brand has yet to confirm these two new flavors, but we’re already waiting in line at the grocery store to snag ’em.
