This Vespa-Themed Engagement Shoot Is Just As Cute As It Sounds
There are few things in life that are better than the moment you meet *your* person — your S.O., your better half, that guy or gal who just gets you and all your quirks, be them adorable or eccentric. When Mira met Nate, she knew that was her moment. After having gone on a few less-than-ideal Match.com dates, she was almost ready to throw in the towel. But out of pure determination, she stuck with it, and was more than pleasantly surprised when Nate arrived at her doorstep.
Nate came to pick her up (major gentleman points right there!), and Mira was seriously taken aback when she saw him leaning against his Vespa in a leather “Members Only” jacket. When she remembers that moment, she simply says “I melted.” To recreate the magic of this night (and all their epic San Francisco Vespa adventures), Nate and Mira decided to relive their first date for a Vespa-themed engagement shoot. Scroll on for all the adorable photos and get ready to cue the “awwwws.”
Mira and Nate’s first date started with appetizers and drinks in North Beach and continued with a lost-in-the-bookshelves kind of moment at the iconic City Lights Book Store. Mira still cherishes the book she bought that night, and Nate too, of course.
After their romantic bookstore adventure, they scooted over the the Russian Hill Overlook, where there are gorgeous views of the Bay Bridge and the entire city.
Needless to say, their first date was a success, and it will live on forever in these adorable photos.
Nate and Mira’s big day is set for July 29 2016, where they’ll be celebrating with family and friends in sunny San Diego. Congrats to Mira and Nate!
