Poshmark Says *These* Are the Brands That Will Make You the Most Dough in 2018
As much as we’re coveting all those of-the-moment plaid printed-dresses and sequined boots our fave designers are selling, committing to a “less is more” mindset means you’re going to have to part ways with a few fashion buys from seasons past. With apps like Poshmark on hand to make the purge a little bit easier, getting rid of your previously loved garments and accessories is a pain-free part of the process. Luckily, we now know a thing or two about what brands to buy and which to avoid for future resale success.
The company has released a report on the most-listed brands and items across the US based on an analysis of its three million (and counting!) sellers. Across the country, it seems that shoppers are collectively flipping Free People, Lily Pulitzer, Anthropologie, Lululemon, Lularoe, Miss Me, J Brand, Michael Kors, Zara, Victoria’s Secret, Kate Spade, Levi’s, J. Crew, Joe’s Jeans, Gucci, and Coach for the ladies, with Adidas, Nike, Levi’s, North Face, Patagonia, Supreme, Brooks Brothers, Patagonia, Lucky Brand, Converse, Rock Revival, True Religion, and Jordan reigning supreme for the men.
But what will get you the most cash?
According to the site, the most in-demand women’s brands are currently Everlane, Hunter, David Yurman, Rag & Bone, and Ray-Ban. As for the dudes, you can count on Herschel Supply Co., Supreme, Barbour, Nixon, and Patagonia to fetch a pretty penny.
A-ha! Now, if you’ll excuse us, we’ll just be stocking up on *all* of Everlane’s cozy new athleisure line.
