32 Rom-Com Books That'll Make You Feel Like You've Got A Date With Words This Weekend
I love a good murder-mystery novel, but rom-com books are frequent go-to when I wanna read. Secretly, it's one of the ways I feed the hopeful romantic who lives right in the middle of my heart. What piqued my interest in reading them again is Romantic Comedy — a recent Reese Witherspoon book club pick. The more I followed the slow burn of Sally Milz and Noah Brewster's romance, the more I knew I was long overdue for immersing myself in the love lives of fictional characters.
To make matters worse, I'm still not over Queen Charlotte and King George's tragic yet beautiful love. If you feel a tingle in your heart whenever you watch The Summer I Turned Pretty or any movie that features Meg Ryan, here's a list of 35 rom-rom books that'll feel like a date with words.
I've already raved about this book but there's still a group of lovers who haven't been introduced to its lovely goodness. See how Milz grapples with her own hang-ups and insecurity about love in Romantic Comedy.

When Stephens continues running into book editor Charlie Lastra — the last person she wants to see in North Carolina — fate decides to shake things up.
Better Than The Movies is geared towards teens, but it has themes you'll be able to relate to. Enter the romantic scheme that involves the guy she's known since she was young — Wes Bennet. However, her feelings for Wes begin to emerge the deeper their plan gets and that always makes for a surprising situation.
When Ava gets back to the office after a much-needed vacation, she finds her work-enemy Myles Salinger there. Her vacation led to a pivotal decision that Salinger eventually decides to help with. Will they be able to put aside their rivalry for the sake of their shared decision or will old habits die hard?
Nora Hamilton's life undergoes a change when her husband jets off, leaving her and their kids behind. Instead of wallowing for long, she decides to write a hit romantic script about it. Although she's not sure about this arrangement, she finds herself saying yes and this opens up a door she may not be prepared to walk through.

When she's not working, you can find Jasmine playing make-believe with her toddler, spending an undisclosed amount of time in Target or TJ Maxx, and searching for a family-friendly puppy to add to her family.
