Award-winning beauty editor and lover of all things monochromatic, Eleanor Pendleton just created every minimalist’s dream office for her company Gritty Pretty’s HQ. After spending lots of late nights on Pinterest (sound familiar?), Eleanor finally nailed down the aesthetic she wanted for her workspace: industrial chic with a few pretty touches. Marble accents, an impressive plant collection and a stunning black and white color palette all came together to create an atmosphere that’s positively oozing with positive energy. Check out the full tour on My Domaine, and then scroll down to see how to get the same gorg look in your home or workspace.

Eleanor’s beauty company is very modern, but also pretty, so she wanted the workspace to reflect that same style. She chose monochromatic pieces, then accented with gold accessories and lots of greenery. The workspace is divided into several different spaces to encourage collaboration and relaxation: White sofas and a mini kitchenette make the space inviting, while black walls and concrete floors add to the industrial chic vibe.

Get the same look in your living room or home office with a black, white and green color palette. If, like Eleanor, you believe some of the best ideas happen over a glass of wine, deck out your sitting area with cozy chairs, soft faux sheepskin throws and a chic bar cart. Steal the industrial chic vibes with a concrete storage tray, a lucite office chair, woven baskets and marble vases for fresh flowers and pens. Ahhh, can’t you just feel the productivity flowing?
