Cauliflower rice has become a popular ingredient for anyone phasing into a low-carb lifestyle, and for good reason. It’s versatile, substantial, and healthy. But there have been some less-than-stellar recipes out there that just don’t live up to the hype. Luckily, there are a few other awesome ways to put riced cauliflower to use.
